Welcome to Martin M. Bartelts webspace. By booking and participating in our coaching services ("Presence Coaching 1 on 1" and "Presence Coaching online"), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read these carefully before making a booking.

1. Booking and Scheduling

  • All coaching sessions must be booked online exclusively through our Calendly scheduling system.

  • Booking a session constitutes a binding agreement to attend the scheduled session.

  • You are responsible for selecting a convenient date and time during available slots.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel sessions in exceptional circumstances, providing reasonable notice.

2. Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required in advance to confirm any coaching session.

  • Payments must be made through Stripe, our secure payment processor, at the time of booking.

  • Session fees are clearly listed on the booking page and are subject to change; applicable fees at the time of your booking apply.

  • We do not accept partial payments or payment by any means other than Stripe.

3. Refund and Dispute Policy

  • All bookings are final and non-refundable.

  • Due to the nature of personalized coaching services and limited availability, no refunds, credits, or rescheduling for missed or cancelled sessions by the client will be issued.

  • If you believe there has been an error or issue with a payment or session delivery, please contact us within 7 days of the session date to discuss.

  • Disputes related to payments must be addressed directly with us before initiating any chargeback or claim via Stripe.

4. Privacy Policy

  • We collect personal information such as your name, email address, and payment details solely for the purpose of managing your booking and delivering coaching services.

  • Your data will be stored securely and will not be shared with third parties except Stripe for payment processing and Calendly for scheduling services.

  • We comply with applicable data protection laws and will not use your personal information for marketing without your explicit consent.

  • You may request to access, correct, or delete your data by contacting us at martinmbartelt@gmail.com .

5. Intellectual Property

  • All coaching materials, content, and resources provided during sessions remain the intellectual property of Martin M. Bartelt.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without explicit permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • The coaching services provided are for personal development purposes only and do not constitute professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or psychological).

  • We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or results from coaching.

  • You agree to release Martin M. Bartelt, its employees, and contractors from any liability relating to your use of the coaching services.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Switzerland.

  • Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms will be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Locarno.

8. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.

  • Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
